DISTINCTIONS
A.C. Olympian Zeus Agios Dimitrios (initial name Tae Kwon Do Athletic Club) was founded in 1989 and since then it gives to ethics and respect for the athlete both racing and traditional high training requirements at the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo (WTF) and the traditional Taekwondo (ITF).
Our association is recognized by the Greek General Secretariat of Sports, is a member of the Greek federation of Taekwondo (ELOT), the Sports Federation Taekwondo Greece (A.O.T.E) and the (ETU) Europian Taekwondo Union and of course the World Taekwondo Federation (W.T.F.) and KUKKIWON. It takes place with its athletes at all official championships and has made many high distinctions in Greece and abroad.
Perpetual effort of all of us is the emergence of more and more talent in the area and the establishment of the highest positions in the sports scene, but also the involvement of more and more people to the sport in general.
In our club we have operating segments at Gymnastics, Taebo, Traditional & Competition Taekwondo all ages from 5 years old. Moreover in our club we have cultivated the Korean martial art Hapkido Self-Defense, the Korean art of sword Haedong Gumdo by experienced and reputable licensed to practice it coaches from the General Secretariat of Sports.
